The Chaos Engine

This was our PC conversion of the Bitmap Brothers outstanding Amiga hit ‘The Chaos Engine. While we’d crossed paths with the bitmaps many times before, this was our only full conversation for them.

My Contribution

As Managing/Technical Director for Wave Software, my main contribution was relating to business management and internal Production for this project. We had to manually upgrade every sprite and tile in the game to expand the colour palette beyond the Amiga’s limitations, to use a ‘full’ 256 colours!
